From the Castellero vineyard in the Barolo commune, this is a wine to take in with a sense of awe. Immediately attractive while promising an intense Barolo experience, the senses rise to bush rose, tobacco and leather aromatic notes. And then you sense this wine is not at all loud and bullish, but relaxed and extremely comfortable in its complete expression; power with grace. Even a delicate touch, in palate shape and length. Superb.
