The Other Wine Co Arinto 2022

The 2022 Arinto is grown in the Riverland at Ricca Terra Farms who have made waves with their plantings of emerging varieties that bode well for our warming climate. Crafted by Matt Large who has been able to capture the grapefruit pith, oyster shell and zingy acidity the variety is favoured for. Add to this a pretty star jasmine perfume and sleek whiplash of acidity across the tongue. What you’ve got here is one crisp dry white with a confident little attitude. I can see this being guzzled down with a cos heart lettuce salad smothered in anchovies and caesar dressing.
