A non vintage blend aged under flor in seasoned oak for up to 48 months. Preserved lemon quince and tangerine oil. Yellow bean, turmeric and galangal spice. Candlewax and ginger syrup. This iteration Number #4 is gentler and friendly with olive brine and some waves of arching acidity. It’s moderate alcohol, an open embrace to the style. A nice chill and some pickles and toast points would work well.
