From the Alto Adige region in northern Italy, the wine is bottled under Diam. Straw in colour, there are attractive fresh aromatics here, with notes of apples, florals, citrus and pears. At this early stage, it is still rather reticent, but it is a wine of medium length and seamless in style. There is a fine line of acidity running the journey.
