Elena Walch Pinot Grigio Castel Ringberg DOC 2022

Share

Vibrant aromas of preserved lemon, green apple, nashi pear, and subtle walnut. A saline mineral note comes out with air adding to the complexity and interest. The palate is sapid and fulsome, led by pear, apple, lemon and again cut by a mineral freshness and attractive cinnamon spice thereafter. Plenty of texture here, but this is a wine of high purity and balanced fruit power, cleansed and drawn long by apple and lemon laced acidity. Delicious.
