An AOC Macon Villages by a cooperative of around 80 growers – Les Vignerons d’Ige – this is a delicate Burgundian Chardonnay, with a touch of white florals in the nose, a gentle squeeze of lemon over white nectarine in the palate, unhindered by artifact to allow its easy-going honesty and purity to shine.
