Tomich Tomich Hill Pinot Noir 2023

Raspberry jubes, black cherry and soft licorice. Crushed allspice, black sesame and cardamom with a red toffee apple note. Tobacco leaf and wet coffee grinds, there is a sappiness across the palate with dusty tannins and perky acidity. It’s weighted with black fruit and ripe with red confectionery elements. Plenty of wine for the price tag. Serve this with pulled pork and charred corn tacos.
