Nashi pear skin, crab apple and pomelo juice. Pineapple hull, Greek yoghurt and dry sandstone. Lifted but not forced wash of acidity, lime salt and green apple crunch. A clean and fresh Grigio style best served with fresh cheeses, herb dips and crackers.
