Two Hands Waterfall Block Shiraz 2019

I’ve got a bit of a soft spot for this wine. It’s made from a vineyard quite literally in the suburbs of Adelaide, and is one of the few city vineyards found anywhere around the world. It is distinctly different from the other wines in the Single Vineyard Series with a more savoury and earthy character that shows another side to South Australian Shiraz. There are bright cranberry and raspberry fruits lifted by spicy, and meaty complexity, all in a restrained style. There is finesse to what is an ethereal palate with a long and supple finish. Delicious to enjoy now and over the medium term.
