A regional stalwart red variety, there’s a definite terroir driven identity here with this selected Shiraz exuding an earthy, minerally note along with native bush floral/herbal/leafy fragrances rising pleasingly above a deeper, dark plum/blackberry fruit baseline. All these nasal treats are echoed in the palate where an engaging textural feel lies as a soft carpet under all that swirling aromatic and flavoured beauty. Lovely drinking.
