Vino Intrepido Nero’s Fiddle Nero d’Avola 2022

Fruit sourced from the Merbein vineyard (just outside Mildura), owned by the Chalmers family. Just to give you an idea, this family is the reason why we are talking about and enjoying Italian grape varieties in Australia today. Black cherries, black plums, vanilla pods, milk chocolate, fresh violets. It’s a delicious array of aromas. Moreish quality to the palate, with a fresh basket of plums and cherries, a sprinkle of cinnamon, a touch of vanilla and some grated chocolate. It’s time for baking.
