Voyager Estate Project Sparkling Rosé 2021

Share

This is a fun wine. It’s not meant to be uber-serious or particularly complex, more your casual party starter, but a good one at that. There are big, creamy bubbles before it launches into bright red fruit aromas – raspberry and cranberry with a slight herbal edge which adds interest. It’s fruit forward, and made to please. The palate is crisp and bright with juicy acidity, layers of red fruit on what is a fuller-bodied pink style with a touch of sweetness which as a package is well balanced and finishes with good length. You could drink it on its own but it could also could stand up to some spicy nibbles.
