Warramunda Estate Single Vineyard Chardonnay 2024

Harvested from a single vineyard in the Coldstream Hills sub-region of the Yarra Valley, the wine spends nine months maturing in oak. The colour is a pale and yet still ever-so-bright lemon hue. The wine is refined, balanced, intense and lingering. Really impressive stuff. The aromas weave through stone fruits, florals, grapefruit, peaches and shows evidence of deft oak handling. Juicy acidity running the length, and very good length it is, round out the package. Love it now, but it is certain to continue to drink wonderfully well for the next six to ten years.
