Lifted, fragrant and vivid with plenty of red/black fruits, fennel and warm spice. A component was fermented on Viognier skins which adds floral complexity and lift. Supple and juicy with slurpy drinkability and slippery texture, supportive oak and a tug of glossy tannin.
