Y Series Prosecco NV

A wildly popular style, local Prosecco, and deservedly so. This is a bubbles designed for simple drinking but one which is full of enjoyment. Just 10.5% alcohol, meaning that second glass is beckoning, it is made from South Australian fruit. It is a very pale lemon in colour and we have notes of spices, lemon and florals, with a deliciously soft palate and a lingering finish. A fine example of Aussie Prosecco for drinking now.
