The 2024 Underhill Shiraz is a finer style but well composed with perfumed aromas of spiced meat, mulberry and dried herbs. Al-dente tannins hold well in a mid-weight style that tightens up on the finish. A little tight right but its past pedigree suggests this wine will show better with some time in bottle.
