Arras Blanc de Blancs 2016

Share

The 2016 Arras Blanc de Blancs is fine and restrained with both minerality and complex autolytic tones. It opens with a stunning mix of oyster shell and French pastry combined with some riper peach fuzz detail. Chalky textured with vibrant aciidty while more nutty complexity is now starting to build through to a long, silky finish accented with crushed nuts and a hint of Vegemite to finish.
