DAOSA Blanc de Blancs 2021

Share

Brings the scent of spring to the glass in white flowers, apple blossom with citrus, white peach and apple Danish pastry notes. The role of old oak and ageing on lees for 42 months establishes a core of Chardonnay complexity, but it remains ever delicate, not pushed in the least, and so expressive of its cool Adelaide Hills site with acidity that is bright and scintillating. Reveals a lovely poise on the palate, bringing melon and white peach into the frame together with citrus, apple, oyster shell notes with baked goods and a gentle nuttiness. Sounds complex and it is with a lovely depth of flavour while also exhibiting great fresh freshness.
