Barale Fratelli Monrobiolo di Bussia Barolo 2019

Share

From the single Monrobiolo vineyard in the Barolo commune comes this seductive, autumnal-red wine that is the epitome of the more mysterious nature of Nebbiolo. There are bush florals and  crushed rocks alongside ripe crimson fruit, that hides a little at first as mouth-rich tannins fill the palate. Yet, a lively juiciness tracks ever onwards, ripe and energetic on the finish with classic peacock’s tail hurrah. Entertaining style with a serious underlay.
