Bellarmine Half-Dry Riesling 2021

Off-Dry Riesling can be hard to get right in Australia but this wine nails it. Pale in colour, it delivers delightfully pure, focused and tightly wound aromas – florals, some stony notes and crushed pear are in the mix. The palate then shows pinpoint balance, with light weight and 9.5% alcohol beautifully matched with fine and detailed fruits plus a bolt of acidity helping to drive a long, ethereal and silky finish. Forget the food – just sip and enjoy.
