Striking aromas rich in Aussie bush scents, bay leaf, liquorice, sage and blackberry. The regional terroir stands tall here in a medium-bodied, concentrated, deep Shiraz. Black fruits – bramble, blackberry, black plum – and cassis aplenty with briar. Warmly infused in more sage, liquorice and lively baking spices. Supported in fine, integrated tannins. Projects vitality, verve and complexity. Good to go now but wait, if you can. The best is yet to come.
