A vibrant wine that makes a cheeky nod to Beaujolais with its style (except for the different grape) and it’s also fun and tasty, which is the main goal of the Nouveau method. While the nose is still a tad bashful, the backbone of fruit makes the palate come alive: black cherry, red cherry, blackcurrant, raspberry and a touch of pepper. Let it rest for another year or so and then bring it out at a party and get everyone talking.
