A classy Cabernet—elegant, quietly powerful, and finely structured. Classic aromas of cedar and blackcurrant lead, followed by bay leaf, earth, plum, vanilla bean, mint and a flicker of graphite. Hints of black tea and gravel add further nuance. It’s defined and composed, with clarity and poise. The full-bodied palate mirrors the nose, delivering fruit depth with restraint. Dark chocolate and mocha notes emerge, wrapped in firm, black tea-like tannins that shape the wine and drive it to a long, persistent finish. Beautifully balanced and built for the long haul.
