A new pairing to the Reserve Pinot Noir. 45% new oak and the balance a mix of 1 to 3 year old. All French. Look, there’s no denying that the first hit is Bream Creek Reserve Chardonnay 2024 oak, all raw and blonde, but give it a swirl and then it starts to unfurl. Gunflint, cookie dough, bacon fat, white stone fruit, honeydew melon rind, camphorwood and lime zest. The complexity is undeniable, while the presence is irrepressible. Full bodied Tassie signature acid line giving a good spine to the winemaking influences. Almost decadent to drink in its youth.
