100% Shiraz fruit here for this summer staple. Pale salmon hue. Summer berry bounty with red fruit focus, a hint of strawberry calyx (green stuff), leather jacket, peaches n’ cream and guava. The Shiraz fruit gives weight, depth and colour. Think party starter, but also more serious with the option of matching to tuna tataki.
