Green toffee apples, kiwi and sliced ribbons of ginger. Nashi pear skin and lemon verbena. Oak uncoils on the palate with puff pastry, almond butter and spiced ginger nut biscuit. Elevated acidity and the richness of almond nougat on the finish. A wild ride with peaks of richness and herbal notes. Overall, the wine carries its green apple tones with the weight of savoury oak the final memory. Drink with tarragon, celery and creamy chicken sandwich.
