Share

Standing out in their Riesling shaped bottle the Dairy Hill Semillon opens with calamansi lime zest, lemon peel and grapefruit segments. Jonathan apple flesh and a rolling wave of acidity. Gentle in its fruit weight the wine is fresh and clean with an ease to its drinking. Lemon balm and white pear slices. Serve with meaty oysters on the half shell.
