Champagne Christian Péligri Brut 2018

Share

A stand-out in the new Péligri releases available in Australia, the 2018 Brut brings the complexity and individual character you expect from a vintage hailed as exceptional by some wine critics. Time on lees has amassed a depth of almond meal, Nice biscuit, quince, nectarine, stone fruits and citrus aromas that are very inviting. Lively on the palate with bright acidity and drive, it forges through led by Meyer lemon, grapefruit pith and layers of toasty, biscuity, nutty flavour support. While some Péligri releases are noticeably on the sweeter side, this presents dry, allowing the vintage and quality fruit to shine with overall good intensity and length.
