Hunter semillon. Shy, then tense, angry and almost truculent in its youth. Yet with age comes expression, style, and maturity that only time can bring.

Here is a wonderful example of a Hunter semillon from this great vintage. It has retained its youthful zing but there are just the beginnings of that
toasty bee’s wax character on the nose and palate. This is pure fruit with a delightful fragrance that transitions to a crunchy palate. Great drinking now but has plenty of time left in the cellar. An Australian classic.
