Brown Hill Golden Horseshoe Reserve Chardonnay 2023

Share

Matured in 30% new French oak for 8 months. An amplitude of golden peaches, white pineapple core and yellow plum skin. Citrus is centered around ripe lemon zest and the tropical notes of the wine are pulled in tightly. This makes for an energetic and quietly pretty, albeit floral wine. Expect jasmine and honeysuckle. Acidity whips the entire palate into a frenzy with sea spray salinity and a real yuzu curd zing. This is incredibly lively, a real socialite personality! Drinking well now but also has the ability to age further for another 4-8 years. A wonderful wine to pair with Dover Sole and Beurre Blanc sauce.
