Byrne Wines Trawalla Shiraz 2017

 Medium-bodied Shiraz displays many of the virtues of the cool climate in Ballarat. There’s an earthy rustic and slightly ferruginous character on the nose. A little leathery development works through the primary fruits. It’s medium-bodied with a textured mouthfeel. Layered stone fruit, prune and spicy plum and a little liqueur cherry create quite an impact.
