100% Spanna. 13.5 abv. Taken from rows with softer tannins, shorter maceration, large old oak. Sour cherry lift, red florals, kirsch, and savoury dried herbs bringing further intrigue. The palate is lithe and pure, mineral and bright. There’s still some inherent Nebbiolo tannins but they’re sheer and integrate nicely with sour cherry, fennel, and alpine herbs. Lots of high-toned appeal here.
