Castelli Estate Silver Series Cabernet Merlot 2020

This bold expressive blend made with fruit from Frankland and Margaret Rivers delivers powerful black olive tapenade, blackberry, gravel and dried herb aromas with a strong oak backbone. Dry and fleshy with integrated tannins, there is an attractive texture to this mid-weight style before building into a savoury, gravel accented finish. Needs a little while to settle but will drink well over the medium term.
