Curly Flat White Pinot 2025

I don’t often come across red grapes vinified as white. I’ve seen examples like white Dolcetto and even white Pinot Noir along the way, but this feels a little different from the rest. The colour sits in an onion-skin of freshly picked wild strawberries, white cherries, watermelon, and delicate floral notes of rosewater lead the way. The mid-palate is packed with vibrant, summery flavours, while a very gentle impression of tannin gently builds, framing a delicate yet convincing savoury length. I like it.
