Chapel Hill The Vicar Shiraz 2023

Consistently one of the best Shiraz in McLaren Vale. This, from a mild season, has required and suited the subtle, gentle winemaking approach to capture the best from the fruit. It has balance and poise, with good weight and texture. Lots of juicy, plummy fruits with a little spice and a dollop of chocolatey richness add to the palate. It’s a most stylish expression of McLaren Vale Shiraz, with good medium- to long-term cellaring potential.
