Oh yes, we’re on to something here. Sourced from 100-year-old Barossa vines, it’s a wine that displays remarkable finesse and refinement, together with generous and opulent fruit intensity. Dark chocolate, blackberry, and satsuma plum characters abound. Made using simple traditional techniques to capture the essence of these old Barossa vines. The balance is impeccable now, and it means if you want, you can drink it, but oh, boy, cellaring will pay handsome dividends.
