Full flavoured and nicely detailed, this charming Barossa Shiraz works the two sides of the Barossa Shiraz coin well, combining all the things we love about the region’s Shiraz but without any undue heaviness. Celebrates ripe black fruits, Aussie bush notes, anise, liquorice, earth and background oak, while being supported by supple tannins that bring some easy drinking qualities to the wine. No angles, no loud notes, just a smooth running, medium bodied delivery of Shiraz paced out across the palate in a bright spiciness. A fab all-rounder at an equally fab price
