Its chilly elevated climate is harnessed in its energy and vitality. A very elegant wine with some whipped butter and cultured creaminess on the finish. This would look elegant beside crystal prawns in wonton skins and a clear chicken both, dotted with green onions. Drink now or will cellar well for another 3-5 years.
