Coldstream Hills Pinot Noir 2020

A cooler vintage in the Yarra has resulted in an elegant and supple pinot showing the virtues of this region. Dominant sour cherry on the nose but there are other subtle influences of chocolate and minerally herbs with a slightly limestone character. The palate shows a fine limestone character that threads into the primary flavours of cherry and cranberry. Well-managed oak adds the final touch.
