The wine experiences time on lees before a further period of maturation in French oak. Pale lemon in colour, this is taut and tight with citrus and floral notes – lemons and jasmine notably. Lean and elegant with good focus and fine acidity, the finish lingers nicely. Drink over the next few years. An ideal style for matching with freshly cooked barramundi.
