Crabtree Fiano 2025

The Italian white grape, Fiano, continues to grow in popularity and deservedly so. This example from the Watervale subregion in the Clare Valley is yellow in colour. There are notes of walnuts, citrus, stone fruits, green olives, pears and almonds on the nose. This is nicely balanced with a juicy palate, zesty acidity and an attractive lingering finish. Savoury in style, it will drink very well over the next four to six years.
