Cramer Tumbarumba Chardonnay 2023

Some of the finest Chardonnays in the land are coming from Tumbarumba. This is another beauty. It was handpicked and basket pressed with wild fermentation in a mix of puncheons and barriques of which 30% was new. Traces of butterscotch and vanilla bean with a lemon tart and creme brulee complexity. The palate has excellent texture, but it’s held close with a slightly savoury character before driving to a long finish.
