Crittenden Peninsula Chardonnay 2023

A most exquisitely beautiful expression of Mornington Peninsula Chardonnay. All whole bunch pressed to a mix of new, 1 and 2-year-old oak of different formats before wild yeast fermentation. A further nine months in oak with lees stirring has brought texture into a fine and delicate style. It has a light melon and minerally quince paste aroma with a savoury dry chalky finish. Excellent wine.
