An intense McLaren Vale Shiraz combining concentrated deeply textured fruit with a lift of dried herbs and pepper. It’s a full-bodied wine of structure and presence with loads of dark fruit wrapped around a firm core of tannin and oak. Vanillin and licorice flavours combine with blackberry, chocolate and plum.
