Fishbone Estate Chardonnay 2022

Share

A sparkler flint reduction with pomelo, lemon curd and white peach. Pineapple slices in a pool of syrup. White sand, pandan leaf and vanilla sugar. Gloriously ripe and full of fruit presence. Oak shows its sweet vanillin side without distracting from the tropical fruit palate. There is a line of fresh juicy acidity and some creamy churned butter in the middle. Apple danish and sugared almonds on the finish. Hard to deny its attractiveness and balance. A real success of a wine. Drink now with tempura battered fish and chips, yes even on a winter day.
