Gala apples, a medley of black cherries, cassis and wild raspberries. Olive skin and rosemary stem bring out the richness of those terra cotta soils. There is a chewyness to the fine tannins and ample acidity to carry the crimson fruit right till the end. Immensely satisfying and a lovely harmony of fruit, oak and spice.
