Dandelion Vineyards Red Queen of the Eden Valley Shiraz 2020

This is sourced from a super plot of vines planted back in 1912 on a limestone bedrock with loam and quartzite. There’s a sense of that vineyard influence emerging throughout the wine as it gradually reveals its impeccable qualities. The oak is a mix of new and one year old French, which seems to suite the fruit. Seamless, supple, and super concentrated with dark liqueur chocolate, savoury blackberry, and fruit cake. A wonderfully integrated and layered palate. A wine of some class.
