DCB Pinot Noir 2020

Pale crimson in colour, here we have a gentle Yarra Valley Pinot Noir that doesn’t leap out of the glass but there is lots of little details hidden away if you look hard enough. Sweet raspberry, damp earth and dried herb aromas provide strong varietal typicity with old oak sitting in the background. The palate then offers up a lovely silky texture well aligned with bright, fresh acidity support more earthy tones before a lingering and supple finish. A well made Yarra Pinot to enjoy over the next couple of years.
