Grenache, Shiraz and Mataro. Fruit mélange, tomato leaf and sugo, gravel, white pepper, umami hints, blue fruits and sandalwood. Lithe, mid-weight and spiced. Unencumbered by oak, fruit is the focus here. Dark and blue mélange with finely meshed tannins that click neatly in place. Perfect weight for Szechuan beef short ribs.
