If you’re a fan of Langhe Nebbiolo, then this Yarra Nebb should appeal to you, with its mix of alpine herbs under a layer of red cherry, rose, raspberry and some earthiness. The tannins are chewy and the fruit on the palate is soft and supple, and it’s good to see some Nebb coming out of the valley now. Pair it with pasta or a roast.
